Outstanding dense, spicy orange-red spikes over fragrant foliage. Extremely heat tolerant and reblooming from summer till frost. Heavy blooming spikes are 28" tall.  It is a great perennial color spot for summer bloom.  It is drought tolerant once established.  It attracts hummingbirds.  Best in well drained, fertile soil.  Needs excellent drainage to overwinter. Mineral soils are fine.
